Rear, Front, or All?

A big question for Alfa fans swirling in dedicated online forums regards which wheels will drive the new 2014 Giulia:
  1. REAR--purists favor rear-wheel drive (rwd) for a sporty car, especially if the intended target is BMW.
  2. FRONT--Audi's made a success out of front-wheel drive (fwd) sporty luxury cars going head-to-head with rear-drive German competitors, especially when they add the option of . .
  3. ALL--BMW and Mercedes-Benz now offer all-wheel drive (awd), too, and it enhances performance.
Reports claim the CUSW (C - US - Wide) platform this new Giulia is expected to be built on does fwd or awd. D-RWD, a midsized altered-CUSW platform approved in 2012, powers the rear.

With so many chassis and drivetrain alternatives, could it be available in all three formats?
