Maserati Sales Boom

When Maserati said they planned to sell 50,000 units worldwide by 2015, who would believe such a goal from an automaker that had sold only 6,300 units for the entire year. Maybe they were a little on the conservative side. Through September Maserati has already racked up 22,500 orders, mostly for the redesigned Quattroporte and the all-new Ghibli.

The upcoming Levante SUV could add as many as 25,000 units when it goes on sale in 2015, according to Maserati CEO Harald Wester.
