Compared
with June 2013, the Chrysler 200 is the only car missing on July 2013's
list of the 30 best-selling vehicles in Canada. It was replaced by the
Kia Rio, a car which shot up to 21st spot as the country's best-selling
subcompact car. The Rio was one of six Korean-badged cars to crack the
top 30.
The F-Series still managed to outsell the Ram P/U (up 21%) by 2147 units. When Ford sold five F-Series pickups in July, Chrysler Canada sold four Rams. Canada's 20 most popular nameplates generated half the auto industry's volume in July 2013. More than one in ten sales occur because of the F-Series and Ram. Another 7% of buyers opted for a Honda Civic, now Canada's best-selling car, or the Hyundai Elantra. You can always select a make and model at GCBC's Sales Stats page to find historical monthly and yearly sales figures from both Canada and the United States. Pertinent links are clickable at the bottom of this post, but you can also find related links at the Best Sellers page. Below, the 30 best-selling vehicles in Canada from July 2013. |
