DETROIT (Bloomberg) -- Ford Motor Co. will lead the industry in introducing new or refreshed vehicles in the U.S. at the fastest rate for model years 2013 through 2016, according to a Bank of America Merrill Lynch report today.

GM's Akerson impatient to improve his 'B' grade as CEO

DETROIT (Bloomberg) -- Dan Akerson, who became CEO at General Motors Co. in 2010, gives himself a "B" for his performance so far. He has too much work to do to think about retiring for at least another year or two, he said.

GM stock rises after Berkshire reports investment

DETROIT (Bloomberg) -- General Motors Co. stock gained as much as 4.3 percent, the most in almost a month, after Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. disclosed it bought a stake in the automaker.
