Denso, Yazaki to plead guilty in supplier bid-rigging case, U.S. says

Denso and Yazaki, two of Japan's largest auto-parts suppliers, have agreed to plead guilty in a widening multicontinent bid-rigging case, the federal Department of Justice said today.
